Start with this.
(1) Make sure the player is powered on;
(2) Connect the player and connector using the USB cable provided
You need to let us know exactly what model your A.C.Ryan PlayOn is and how you have it connected. You are also not telling us where it is not being detected. Could be USB or could be WLAN.
