White lines on the screen

I got white lines on the screen, after searching on the internet i found an app that fix the dead pixels, after using the app for 10 hours, i got 2 more small green lines. What to do?

The only thing you can do is replace the LCD. There Is no way to fix dead pixels, so that app is a scam.

Basically software cannot run and fix a hardware or physical issue.
