The battery can be bought online on Amazon or AliExpress.

It should be available from one of the official resellers/distributors, for a complete list go to the GPD website, hover the mouse over "Shop" and visit the Distributors page (the two lists seem to be different). Choose a suitable one for your geographic area, just as an example see the spare part page on DragonBox (the site also reports some instructions about the replacement - beware, the battery is glued to the case).
