@getachewta93472 if your touch screen has failed, it is time to replace the display assembly. The only guide that is currently available is Disassembling ZTE GRAND S FLEX : Unibody, Battery, Motherboard and not much there. It'll be a start but you will have to move forward gently to see if you can get it done, Of course, use other similar guides too so you can maybe figure it out.
