@akashsingh81633 you are not telling us what it sounds like or if anything happened to the phone prior to the speaker issue appearing.
First, I would suggest that you clean the speaker grille on the external phone. Make sure that it is clean. Of course, check all your audio settings as well to ensure proper sound playback. If none of that helps, you may consider replacing the speaker. Check on something like this video for more info.
Of course, you can replace the speaker. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that, use something like this video It will show you how to replace the speaker. Replacements are readily available at many online stores. Anything after that will most likely involve some board level repair and for that check on here
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
