Hello there,
First make sure to turn off your phone before trying out the follow:
You can try to spray some isopropyl alcohol high % directly in the speaker to try to clear the water out. After some minutes of drying you can approach and some heat just in case... turn it on and see how it is going.
If is still like that you may need to replace the speaker with a new one.
