Screen blurry and dark

I was working with my M1 macbook pro when suddenly there was a black pixel avalanche darkening the whole screen. After a reset the Mac still works on external monitor but I can see a faint and blur image on the screen itself. I'm a bit bummed out because of this because I went to apple before on an audio crackling issue on it when it was still in warranty (and they said it was an OSX software bug related to sample rate switching) but now this issue arises as well I have serious doubts on the macbook hardware itself. Anyone has the blurred image troubles too?
