Faulty paper Jam upon initialization
Hello. BrotherMFC-J430W initializes with constant faulty paper Jam error ....Paper only flows to tip of rear hatch. Will not advance all the way. I have no paper pieces, trail looks clean no obstructions noticed, all rollers were inspected and cleaned. I am unable to clear false paper jam error. Can you advise? [email redacted] thx
