I have two saeco machines
The Intelia and the XSmall
While the Intelia does a very creamy frothing
The XSmall makes big bubbles (like detergent) and what I see is what after few seconds of pumping the pumping speed increases

This could be an issue with the "crema valve". It's situated in top of the upper piston, see. Saeco Minuto Dichtung in der Brühgruppe austauschen, step 2. If you open it, you will find a spring and a glass ball, (which might be broken). Replace the ball.
