Green Lines On Screen

Hello, Unfortunately this sounds like it will require a display replacement as green lines are often a sign of damage to the OLED panel itself found underneath the display's glass, so just replacing the glass will not resolve it either. It requires a full replacement of the glass and the panel. @vishrao936 Unfortunately it doesn't look like iFixit sells parts for this model, but you could find one online from different online retailers such as Aliexpress or Ebay, although i cannot say how good individual suppliers on there are.
