When inserting the Micro SD card, should the label of the card face the front, or the back?

the small end should go in slot first. try one way first if won't go then turn over and try that way push until it clicks

Thank you Roger. The vertical orientation of the card was not the issue. I had forgotten if the label-side or contacts-side should be facing up (toward screen).
I found installation is much easier if the tablet is flipped so that the back is facing me. With the label-side of the SD card facing me, the card seated with a perfect little click.
