Why my pc crush?
after i plug out the charger when my battery is full, my starts not respond and starts crush, but if the charger stays with plugin the problem is not happened.

If everything is OK with the charger in place and the laptop fails to start without the charger, that indicates to me a bad battery.

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product label on the bottom of the laptop?
What OS is installed in the laptop, Win7, Win8.1, Win 10 etc?
