What is wrong with your charging case? If you bought your airpods recently in the past 30 days from apple, 90 days from costco, or have apple care+, you can get a replacement or refund. If you have any other info about your problem, please let us know. Is it not charging? Is it not pairing? Is it not playing sounds or popping up on find my?

When I plug in my AirPods to charge, they do charge; however, as soon as I disconnect them from the power source, the charge becomes completely ineffectiveβrendering my AirPods unusable. They only function when they are actively plugged in and charging.
