My pc wont start
when i try to turn on my pc after showing the dell sign it goes to advanced option

I assume your are in the Advanced start-up environment. Use the following steps to use Start-up Repair:
- Select Troubleshoot button.
- Select Advanced options button.
- Select the “Start-up Repair” button (skip step 4 if it doesn't apply to your setup).
- If necessary, select your account and type your account password.
- Click the Continue button.
If the above doesn’t help do the same as above but this time select “System Restore” from the “Advanced Options?”
