During starting up it shows the default boot device missing or boot failed, insert recovery media and hit any key. Then select 'boot manager' to choose a new boot device or to boot recovery media.

that usually means that there is an issue with your hard drive or there's something wrong in windows. when pressing any key does anything show up in the boot manager?

It just shows instructions, like up and down to change options. however there is nothing else in the Menu
sounds alot like the ssd has failed or has come unplugged inside of the laptop. try unscrewing and taking off the back cover of the laptop and checking the connections to the drive, and if you have another computer you should attempt plugging the drive into it to see if it shows up in the windows file explorer
Yo tengo una que pasa casi lo mismo y se queda en el Logo, No es SSD, no es Sistema operativo. Quise formatear y no pude. Se queda en el logo, me deja a entrar en modo arranque y todo pero ya no pasa del logo
