On most Samsung phones the recommended way to replace the screen is to replace the entire screen plus frame assembly as one piece. Generally the parts are only marginally more expensive than the screen alone, but for the sake of affixing the screen to the frame, the preassembled part is much better.
The French site SOSav has a well done guide for the screen + frame assembly that should get you through the repair.

Should you feel the need to do the screen by itself, generally you can find YouTube videos that will show you how.
