My phone is in bootloader loop
It appears the system is still in phone but the baseband is not. How do I fix this through adb?

mist likely your phone hdd has to be replaced

@shockwell review your answer. Phones do not have a HDD
thy do. they have smal internal hard on board
@shockwell ah, not they don't. They have a Ram chip which is soldered to the board but nothing that is replaceable by a regular DIY'er. If you want to you could add this to your answer and show how to replace the IC.
