Operating system problem during startup
When i start my pc the screen will display blue and writes your device run into problem

Hi Kaleab,
This sounds like a BSOD or Blue Screen Of Death.
A BSOD is a full system failure at the Windows kernel level due to an issue with Windows drivers and/or hardware.
At the bottom next to the QR code, there should be an error code telling you what the issue is. We can then use this to further diagnose the root of the problem. If you can copy and paste it into here, or just update your question with the picture of it, I can help you fix the issue :)
