Hi Mehmet,
If you look at the bottom of your phone, you should see a speaker grill.
Is it clogged? if there is dust or other debris blocking the grill it will lower your speaker's performance.
Let me know what you see, and we can take it from there :)

Use something like a pair of small tweezers or a needle to gently clean out the charging port. Please be careful of the metal contacts on either side of the plastic piece in the middle of the port. Scratching or otherwise damaging these could result in a loss of charging functionality
