2005 Equinox, 3.4L, I replaced the engine and have had nothing but ground wire issues. While looking around this morning I found a 2 wire molex connector ( yellow in color, Male connections ) sitting under the radiator on the drivers side. These wires route up to the radiator fan wires. For the life of me I cannot find where this connector goes. anybody have any ideas?

@shadnichols that could be turning into one of the needles in a haystack situation for you. I've looked through the wiring diagram for the cooling cans and teh only wires that are coming close actually just go from the PCM to the computer.
At this point I would just see what does not work and then make determination based on that.
For as long as it all works properly, maybe it's just a bunch of spare wires. You know like the screws we always have left over after assembling Ikea furniture :-)
