If you are part of an "organization", contact your IT department and they will activate Windows. If you bought this for home use from a sketchy place that sells stuff that fell off the back of a truck, your best bet would be to install a Linux operating system, which is free forever without worrying about a license.

We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're connected to your organization's network and try again.
