Touch screen not working
The touch screen is no more working. The laptop haven’t hit the ground or fallen into water

It may be a software issue.
This might help, open up "Screen does not respond to touch, or responds intermittently".

Try pressing the Windows key, type "Device Manager" and open it. Expand "Human Interface Devices" and look for something like HID-compliant touch screen, and make sure it doesn't have a yellow triangle next to it and make sure it is enabled. If there is a yellow triangle next to it, double click it and tell me the error code.
