Well I will suggest you to check for the following fix. These are some of the most basic fix to try out:
- Try a different power source.
- Try a different power cable.
- Decrypt the beep codes.
- Check your display.
- Check your BIOS or UEFI settings.
- Try to run your PC in Safe Mode.
- Disconnect everything non-essential.
