I am trying to fix my Xbox one controller which after a while of acting up stopped working suddenly and was wondering what this wire was for? (The one held down by tape). Thanks
And also is the grey and black wire in the correct place or do they need to be swapped over?

Pic 1 is the antenna.
I’m not worried about the grey/black wires, but wtf happened to the red/black wires?

My lovely soldering skills 😅. I resoldered them shortly after posting so now they look better. This controller is weird, I just figured out that I need to turn it on via external cable and then you can take out the cable and since there are batteries inside it will stay on. But it won't turn on without the wire even when batteries are in. Also thanks for you help
