Sear temperature not reached
Hello, am facing an issue in my griddler, where if i put it on the "Griddle" and 450F, it gets to the temperature on green light when i measure the temperature with an infrared thermometer, but when i swtich to the "Griddle-Paninni' side, and select sear, the green light gets on early and the temperature just reaches 200F, and am pretty sure it should get to 500F in sear.
Any idea how i get this fixed? I feel it's a thermostat issue but am not sure where exactly the thermostat is in the appliance to test or change it.
