There's a video on YouTube that says to spray some WD40 into the switches

If that doesn't work, you might need to solder on a new switch.

The WD40 thing works, just tried it. Took a couple minutes, this mouse is really easy to open. When reassembling, the inner plastic piece goes in top first, under two little "teeth".
