If your computer is stuck in a bootloop, you can try a hard reboot by holding the power button for 5 seconds, wait about a minute or so, and then try turning it on again. If that doesn't fix the problem, you may need to use Safe Mode so that you can access System Restore to restore your PC to a previous point.
