hihi !! so i've had these headphones for about a year, and i don't understand why but the left side stopped working completely. just this morning it started working again but stopped after like 5min :( i know it'd probably be cheaper to just buy another pair but is there any way to fix this? and what materials would one need to fix it?

Just did a short guide about that Устранение отсутствия звука в левом наушнике. It's not the same model, but I think it should be pretty close to your model.

There is a cable in the headband that connects the two sides, could you try opening the two sides using videos/repair tutorials to check for evident damage? And maybe test the cables with an multimeter
