@abdu6272 you are not really telling us what the issues are. If you have issues with your computer starting it is possible that this is a BIOS issue. For that, I suggest you try to restore the BIos default settings. For that follow something like this HP video. If that does not work, you may need to reflash the BIOS. You will need a programmer and a clean BIOS dump for that.

If this is not a BIOS issue but an OS issue, you will need to tell us what OS you are using and what error messages etc. you are receiving.
