My phone decided to jump and the screen shattered. I can't find any videos or guides on how to replace it. I have the screen coming in on Tuesday and would like to do it myself if possible.

I've googled it and gone through a LOT of results. I know how to fix a Skyline now. But there are no results for a replacement of an HMD VIBE screen.
The process is virtually the same as the HMD pulse pro. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-muRcrID.... Some minor differences, but teardown is almost identical, especially getting past the bezel.
