@jhonpaultaytay since iFixit does not yet have specific guide for this phone use something like this video. Replacement batteries are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

@tauheedkhan what have you already checked and what have you tried? Start with replacing the battery and then re-evaluate. If nothing else, a new battery will give you a known-well starting point.
@tauheedkhan aapne ab tak kya-kya check kiya hai aur kya-kya koshish ki hai? sabse pehle battery badalkar dekhen aur phir dobara janchen. kam se kam, nai battery se aapko shuruaat karne ke liye ek bharosemand aadhar to mil hi jaega.
