I wasn't able to locate any iFixit-style step by step instructions, but as @ruggb mentioned, there are plenty of YouTube videos available. I went through this one, and it should be suitable for showing you how to make your repair.

I do have a couple of criticisms of this video based on experience. First, too much force was used removing the battery; as you'll see from the video he managed to bend it significantly in the process of taking it out. If that was my phone, I would not have reused that battery; bending them can damage the internals and possibly result in a fire. If the battery gives you that much resistance taking it out, try adding some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol under the battery to help loosen the adhesive. That will make the adhesive non-reusable, so you could also try some heat on the screen, which will also help loosen the adhesive. A plastic playing card slid under the battery can separate the adhesive from the battery too; just be sure not to use metal tools that can damage the battery.

Another thing I'd suggest is that once the screen is off, be sure to clean off the old glue with your rubbing alcohol before applying glue. The old glue can keep you from getting a good seam to help secure and seal the phone against liquids.

Finally, before applying the glue, I suggest you plug in the new screen, pop the battery in temporarily and turn it on to verify the replacement works before you go to the trouble of gluing it down. Best practice is to either secure the screen with rubber bands or put some weight on the phone until the glue dries.
