Screen keeps going black
When i trun my laptop on it starts up loads then about 10 min after it open these like a pop sound the screen goes dead i tried an external device, but the screen is still blank on the external device to .Can you help.

@robert32673 since both screens are black the issue could be related to a failed GPU on your motherboard. Time to remove the bottom cover and to check out the motherboard for any damage.
