@abdulrahim73561 use the instructions from here Remember that a hard reset will delete all of your data i.e. pictures, SMS, Contacts, music etc. Also, you will need to know the email address as well as the password that was used when this phone was originally setup. A hard reset will not delete that needed information. Theoretically, if you do not have that information you can't complete the hard reset and can't use the phone.

If you have family link on, it disables the ability to wipe/hard reset the phone, this lead to my Poco M6 becoming a glorified paperweight because I forgot my passcode.

@inuwashuaibu firmware, software, unblocking, hacking, flashing and missing (forgotten) passwords are really not what we deal with on here. We are more of the hardware repair kind of group. For your "issue" I suggest you check those forums that deal with this
