Try plugging the phone in, then you must "fiddle around" with the phone's physical interface by trying this method. Plug the phone in, then quickly press the power button 5 times. Then fip the ring/silent swich back and forth 2 times. Then press and hold both volume buttons for 2 seconds. Then unplug the phone and repat this again, just without plugging the phone back in.

@rafael59228 it would have been more beneficial if you would have posted the Panic log with your question:-). Mic2 missing is commonly caused by a failure of the power button flex. TG0V and TG0B are related to the battery or the Lightning connector assembly. I'd start by replacing the flex cable and the battery as well, then re-evaluate.
