Hi!
First of all, you can follow this guide to get there: Замена токопроводящей мембраны кнопок геймпада DualShock 4 (CUH-ZCT1U)
Please clean the button circuit membrane first and also on the motherboard and try again.
Still failing? Then replace the button circuit membrane.
Be sure to get 100% the exact same model as that is in there. There are many models out there, so you need to be sure to get the right one!
