@caseyteska36918 your computer does not "see" the boot disk. Either you have a bad HDD/SSD or corrupted OS boot files. Enter your computer's BIOS on startup and check the boot sequence to make sure it is not configured to boot from a Network. Make sure your hard disk is listed in the boot sequence. Make your hard disk the first device in your boot order. If is is bing seen etc. then you could try to repair the OS or reinstall it. Also reset your BIOS to factory default settings.
If your Boot drive is not visible it will have failed. In that case you would need to replace it and reinstall an OS.

What is the actual error message? Does the computer keep restarting after the error message?

Are you able to enter the bios by pressing DEL button upon startup and look at your boot priority? You can disble the disk drive which could interfere with your boot sequence

Try holding down the shift key when turning on your computer and see if it takes you to the advanced boot manager.
