Theres a thermal paste inside the metal shield cover on the board, how do you remove those and how to put it back. Do i need some sort of soldering? Some says you can just pry it open

@nabilajwa we would have to see a close up of the EMI shields. Some indeed just flip open while others need to desoldered to gain access to the area underneath the shield. Adding images to an existing question
