Can I replace the microphone on A Droid Bionic?
When I call someone I can hear them but they can't hear me. Can I Replace the microphone and where do i get one from.

Your phone is less than a year old. Assuming you haven't opened it and voided the warranty, send it to Motorola as a defective product.

Unfortunately, the microphone is attached to the motherboard (as seen in this teardown. Replacing the microphone would require replacing the entire motherboard. Check out David's answer for your best possible option.
