Ever since their was an update. my steam deck buttons, L2, Steam button and three dot button stop working if there is someone who can help please let me know
I also tested on the controller testing thing in the settings too test device. is there anybody out there come and help me? because i live in Perry, Ny. and got no car take me to get it fixed

Hi!
Is the issue constantly? Or does this only happen for a short time right after a update? It sound more like firmware related to me...
Try to recover it and see if that works: https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/comme...
If that doesn't work, you might need to replace the motherboard...

I did the Factory Reset and still giving me issues personally I think Steam needs do another update for Steam Deck users because this not first time like I said previously…
Just curious do I need to Clear user data and configuration? Or just leave that alone?
Never mind I did full restart and sadly still giving me same issues again I’m wait till Steam updates it so be easier for Steam Deck users
Clear and format everything (make sure you got backups). If it's still failing even after that, you could wait for another update but this should not be normal behavior. Maybe it's for the best to contact Steam Support? Maybe they have some tip and tricks as well!

@kristoferu90180 We don't really give in-person repairs, here. And please do not give out your location, that is a doxxing hazard if you do so.
Either way, what else have you tried?

Okay my bad it’s my first time trying this website. I try shutting off my steam deck completely and let rest awhile because this not first time it has happened to me

If there’s anything I can do make it work again please let me know. Unfortunately I don’t got any tools to take apart and see the issue is if comes worse terms might someone check it out or can wait till tell me I can do
