Some letters are missing
Hello what to do we got a new MANUAL no batteries the cheapest version of dynamo maker and some of the letters are not being printed. Any suggestions? We tried to see if there's glue or something stick inside and it doesn't seem to be the case.

Which model? An embosser (raised letters) or the printed tape version.
