too many options -
Fuse
controls not set properly
bad speakers - but they don't normally all go out at once
blown audio amp - normally a single part on the PCB - could be 2 parts, but since neither side works it would be one.
Best you can do is check the fuse and insure controls are set correctly. If so, pull it out and find a service center or they can do the pulling and replacement.
