My phone screen frozen.
My phone works. But the screen without damage even without a tiny crack the screen ceases working. It opens but the touch screen doesn't works. What shoul I do.

There are delicate connections between the ribbon cable and the glass the digitizer (touch screen) circuits are printed on, and it's not at all uncommon for those connections to get disrupted even without any visible damage to the glass. Unfortunately those connections are not repairable, so the only fix is to replace the screen. Since the LCD is bonded to the digitizer, you'll be replacing both of them as a single assembly. This guide will show you how to go about making that repair.
