Logitech Zone Wireless 2 ES for Business Repair

The Logitech Zone Wireless 2 ES for business is part of Logitech’s Zone headset lineup, built specifically for individuals who work in hybrid or remote environments. Compared to the Wireless 2, the 2 ES sports a headband, newer Bluetooth version, and slightly different build.

It features adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) for blocking out ambient sound and has dual noise-canceling beamforming microphones. The mics are backed by an AI-based noise suppression algorithm to reduce background noise for the person on the other end of the call. The headset also includes auto-mute when flipped up and auto-pause/play when it’s taken off or put back on.

The Zone Wireless 2 ES for Business comes in Off-white, Rose, and Graphite.

The Model Number (M/N), Part Number (P/N), and Serial Number (S/N) is located on the driver subassembly on the side without the mic boom. To view it, remove the ear pad by rotating it counterclockwise—it's printed underneath.
