haley, just hook it up to the computer that it was setup on and restore it. Or you can unlock it putting the device into DFU mode and then restore it with iTunes, BUT this will erase all data on your iPhone. Here is an excellent description how to place your iPhone and iPod in DFU mode. Hope this helps, good luck.

You can reflash the phone from DFU mode, but you will lose all your data. If you have a backup, you can restore it after recovery.

sir if u remember your icloud id or password so press home button or power bottun in same time then your i phone will be switch off bt dont leave home button hold it then u see itune logo then connect your iphone with itune in pc and then your pc automatically detect problem now u have 2 option 1 restore and 2 close you must click on restore its take some time after few minutes your iphone will be reset
