Why is my camera blurry?
When taking pictures with the camera, they are always blurry and does not seem to operate correctly.

Check Internet Connection
Weak internet connection can cause the camera to take blurry pictures or videos. If you are using wireless make sure that the signal is strong or hook up via ethernet connection.
Update Video Driver
If your video driver is out of date it can also cause the camera to take blurry pictures or videos. Check to make sure you have the most recent update.
Replace Webcam
If all else fails you can replace the webcam. Please follow these directions on the troubleshooting page to replace the webcam.
