When tablet is turned on, it goes to a "Droidboot Provision OS" screen. Lists info on tablet; select; reboot ; a list of commands; last info, "Could not open /sys/devices/virtual/backlight". No buttons work except ON/OFF. What can I do? Thanks.

Hi
download your firmware file from asus.com.
install fastboot on your computer.
use this command:
fastboot flash update pathOfDownloadedFirmwareFile
All of the your files in tablet will delete.

ASUS provide zip file and when we run this command it says missing text files
can you give more detailed information ?

Hi. My tab is Asus memo k011.
when I use this command:
fastboot flash update pathOfDownloadedFirmwareFile
this error appears:

have you tried a hard reset? hold power button aqnd volume down together fore 10seconds or so then do it again for 2-3 seconds
