Does not start at all.
1). It started smelling as if something is burnt.
2). When I turn it on, a yellow light appears instead of the usual blue one. Light on screen turns blue and immediately yellow.

Hi,
If the light is a steady yellow you have a power problem. With the associated burning smell there may be something wrong with the power supply unit (PSU) in the PC. Suggest you get someone who knows about PCs to have a look. It maybe that you just need a replacement PSU . They are not very expensive.
