Device will not charge.
I received the device in early August and in December it stopped charging. We checked the charging cord and tried other cords but nothing happens when it is plugged in.

At the same it depends on your device, but assuming its a cellphone... probably the charging port its self needs to be replaced, or the battery.

It is a tablet sold under the brand name Neutab N7 Pro. (7" Quad Core Google Android 4.4 KitKat) purchased from Amazon.com and received in early August 2015. It was in use less than 5 months when it stopped charging/working.
Do you connect your tablet using Turbo Charger? if that makes sense
Same thing happened to both my grandsons' N7S Pros. I had to open the tablet (see Youtube for instructions) and carefully inspect the underside of the circuit board where the charging jack is mounted. The center pin had broken loose and needed to be carefully resoldered to the board. This procedure may be beyond the capabilities of many users. You'll need soldering skills and proper tools. If you're not comfortable with this procedure it's probably best to contact a repair center.

try wiggling the charge cord around when its plugged in . Does the port move at all or does it seem solid check in the port for fuzz or dirt sometimes stuff gets into the port and stops the process
