How to replace the front LCD panel?
I need help on the substitution of the front panel (cracked) of my Zuk Z1 by Lenovo.Have you got any suggests for the disassembly?Thank you.

Hi, you can find the disassembly process on youtube. You need to remove back cover, sim slot, battery, antenna cover, upper mother board, lower circuitry and be careful with connectors and cables. The display is quite tricky since you need to heat up from the front detach it from the frame and use some double side adhesive to glue the new one to the frame. You can find replacement displays on ebay.
